Apparently, a Montana school principal got a six-day suspension for giving a high school student a 'wedgie.'
From AP:
[Principal of Livingston, MT, Park High School Eric] Messerli was suspended for two days without pay and four days with pay for grabbing a Park High senior's soccer jersey and pulling it over his head and giving the student a "wedgie" by pulling up on the waist band of his underwear. The incident happened on Oct. 5 at a junior varsity soccer game.
Unnamed legal sources claim that the suspension would have been at least double if the plain 'wedgie' has been accompanied by a 'pink belly,' or had risen to the level of 'atomic wedgie.'
There was some debate about what the penalty for administering 'noogies' should be, however.
Lisa Lubner, an expert on the subject, speculated that giving a 'noogie' by itself should only require perhaps a two-day suspension, and was "so funny she forgot to laugh."
Another expert disagreed. "Two days would be too much for just a plain 'noogie,'" said the man, who identified himself only as "Todd."
School officials were said to be unavailable for comment.
